How do I change my main product?

Following these instructions will get you the same product repeatedly for future orders.

Here are the steps for switching/changing to a specific product:

  1. Log in to your account: www.bottomless.com/profile. On the HOME page, locate your existing PRODUCT PREFERENCE and click "Edit."

  2. If you have a coffee subscription, select "SINGLE PRODUCT" and proceed.

  3. You'll be taken to the shop where you can find a complete list of available products. Click the + icons to expand the filters.

  4. Once you've chosen a specific product, be sure to double-check your preferred size and/or grind level (if applicable).

  5. Click "Set This As Default" to save your choice.

  6. Your HOME page will now show your new product under "PRODUCT PREFERENCE".
    Unless you switch to a different product or a custom (coffee) rotation, or you add products to your queue, you will receive this for your pending unprocessed order and/or all future orders.
