How do I rate and review my orders?

Your ratings play a crucial role in enhancing your experience by allowing our system to learn your preferences and adjust accordingly. Ratings can be provided in two ways: for the product itself and for the timing of the order.

  • Rating your product helps us recommend or avoid similar ones in the future, based on your likes and dislikes, if you're subscribed to a rotation.

  • Rating the timing of your order informs the algorithm to either slow down, maintain, or speed up its current ordering predictions.

  • You can also provide a detailed review of the product (e.g. sharing your brewing method, thoughts on its taste/quality, etc.)

To rate/review your order, you should first:

  1. Log in to your account: www.bottomless.com/profile and head to the ORDERS page.

  2. Look for the order you'd like to rate under the HISTORY section and click on it. You will be brought to the ORDER STATUS page.

How to rate the product:

  1. Click "❤️" if you liked the product, or "🚫" if you disliked it.

  2. The rating for that specific product will apply to all past and future orders of the same item.

  3. Ratings can be undone or changed by clicking the ❤️/🚫 icon again.

How to rate the timing of your order:

  1. Choose Early, Perfect, or Late for your order's timing.

  2. Optionally, add any thoughts on the delivery.

  3. Click "Save" when done.

How to review the product:

  1. Click the "Share Your Review" button.

    *If you've reviewed the product before, the button will appear as "Open Your Review" instead.

  2. Select "Like" or "Dislike," choose your "Brewing Method," and write your review or add a photo (optional).

    *If you've rated the product before, that same rating will appear in the review section.

  3. Once you're satisfied with your review, click "Save."
