Why aren't my orders arriving on time?
Your smart scale relies on collecting your consumption data over time, so the order timing may not be perfect at first. Predictions for new customers are challenging because the system needs to make many guesses without sufficient data. However, eventually, the algorithm adjusts and becomes more accurate in predicting ahead.
That's why we offer a trial period, and if we haven't met your expectations, you can request an extension.
If you have a coffee subscription, orders are freshly roasted. If you consume quickly, it can take up to a week to trigger a new order, fulfill and ship it, and wait for USPS delivery. While we speed up over time, here are a few things that can enhance your experience:
Switch to larger bags, which are usually more cost-effective per ounce.
Consider adding a second scale for more variety. It's also fun! 😜
Your scale will eventually recognize your consumption pattern and improve order timing. We're continuously enhancing our scales to better serve you.
